21 and over only

You must be at least 21 to order. A valid photo ID is checked at pickup and at delivery, and shipped orders need an adult (21+) signature. We will not hand over an order if no adult with ID is present.

Prices and stock

Prices on the site come from our store and may change. Stock is confirmed when we pack your order. If an item is out of stock or a price is wrong, we will contact you, and we only ever charge for what we actually send.

Payment

When you pay by card, we place a hold for your order total. Your card is charged when your order is packed, for the same amount or less if something is missing. If we cancel the order, the hold is released and you are not charged. Holds usually disappear from your statement within a few days, depending on your bank.

Pickup, delivery and shipping

Pickup is at 27 Orchard St, Monsey, NY. Delivery is available to the areas listed at checkout, with the fees and free-delivery minimums shown there. We ship by UPS only to states where the law lets us ship; spirits can be shipped to fewer states than wine.

Sales tax

Sales tax is added based on where the order is delivered, picked up or shipped.

Returns

If a bottle arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. Because of alcohol regulations we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.
